Smile

You just need 7 seconds to make yourself and other people smile. You can put your fingers into your cheeks, and pull up your cheeks.

Everytime I cry or feel sad, I always try to smile and then miracle was happening! (haha lol). I don’t feel sad anymore.

Everytime I feel sad, I always do this:

  • Listen to happy song.
  • Come to my best friend’s house
  • Play with my family

So, cheer up, Girls!
